1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EndCreditsPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and constitute a binding agreement between you and EndCreditsPro.

2. Description of Service

EndCreditsPro is a web-based tool for generating professional end credits for film and television productions. The Service allows users to create, format, and export credit sequences in accordance with industry standards.

3. Beta Period

The Service is currently offered free of charge during a beta phase. During this period:

• Access is provided at no cost
• Features and functionality may change without notice
• The Service may experience interruptions or downtime
• We may discontinue the beta at any time and introduce paid plans

We will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users before transitioning from the free beta to any paid model.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to create credits for productions you do not have the right to represent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Upload, transmit, or store any malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means without our written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the Service (credit lists, production names, crew data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant EndCreditsPro a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, design, software, and documentation, is owned by EndCreditsPro and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Industry credit standards cited within the Service are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying that your credits comply with any applicable guild agreements, union rules, or contractual obligations specific to your production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EndCreditsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including, without limitation, damages for errors in credit formatting, missed contractual credit obligations, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the beta period, is zero).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@endcredits.pro.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
